No 1 to 13 shall have passed plus 12 (10+2) with Physics Chemistry and Biology as principal subjects or candidates with 3 years diploma from a recognized Government Board in a subject for which the candidate desires to enroll, in the respective Allied Health Sciences course mentioned in Sl. No 1 to 13 should have studied Physics, Biology and Chemistry as principal subjects during the tenure of the course. 6) In case of admission to BPO or B Sc Optometry the candidate should have passed PreUniversity or equivalent examination with PCB/PCM as principal subjects of study.

Candidates must be Indian citizens and at least 17 years old. They must meet at least one specified eligibility clause, each requiring original supporting documents during verification. Failure to meet any clause or provide valid documents will result in disqualification from admission under the Government quota. Those claiming reservation under Article 371(j) (Hyderabad-Karnataka) must submit an Eligibility Certificate from the respective Assistant Commissioner in the prescribed format.

The “Certificate of Disability” must be issued in accordance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017, as notified in the Gazette of India by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment [Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan)] on 15th June 2017. To be eligible for reservation under the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) quota, a candidate must have a minimum of 40% disability (Benchmark Disability). Seats under the PWD quota will be allotted based on inter-se merit among eligible PWD candidates. Those with less than 40% disability are not eligible for selection under the PWD quota.

Upon successful completion of the registration process, an Application ID and Password will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email address. The same information will also be displayed on the screen for reference. |
Step 2: | Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size color photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression separately in JPG/JPEG format. |
Step 3: | The candidates have to pay the requisite fee in the prescribed method. |
Step 4: | Take a printout of the completed application form on A4-size paper. This printed copy must be submitted during the document verification process. |
