The Confirmation Page, Admit Card, and Rank Card contain personal information as entered by the candidate during the online application; therefore, the Board shall not be responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect entries. Since verification is conducted during counselling, candidates should not presume that the details printed on these documents are approved by the Board. In case any issue arises during admission due to incorrect information provided by the candidate, the Board will not issue correction letters or provide assistance, and the candidate must resolve the matter directly with the admitting institute. The Confirmation Page and Admit Card cannot be downloaded after the examination, and the Rank Card cannot be downloaded once counselling concludes; hence, candidates must preserve these documents carefully. b) BHA Merit Rank (BMR):
c) Category ranks: Category ranks are generated based on the category information given by the candidates during online application, but documents are verified during counselling/ admission. Hence, candidate’s certificates/ documents/ proofs must be valid as on the date of verification. If during verification, any candidate’s claim is found invalid at that time, his/her category rank will be cancelled, and the candidate will be considered in general category. Category ranks of other candidates will not be revised.
Document verification: Admit Cards and Rank Cards are issued strictly on the basis of the information furnished by the candidate in the application form. Detailed verification of all documents and eligibility criteria is conducted by the allotted Institute during and after the counselling process; therefore, candidates should not presume that the personal details printed on the Admit Card or Rank Card have been verified or approved by the Board. If, at the time of document verification, any information provided by the candidate is found to be incorrect, or if the candidate fails to produce valid certificates, documents, or proof as per the applicable rules in force on the date of verification, the details may be corrected or modified accordingly, which may result in ineligibility for certain or all seats/courses. Furthermore, if at any stage during or after counselling it is discovered that any information or document submitted is false or incorrect, the candidature is liable to be cancelled, even if the candidate has secured a Merit Rank and/or has been allotted a seat. Thus, securing a Rank does not confer any automatic right or guarantee of admission unless all prescribed eligibility conditions and requirements are fully satisfied.
Note: The Admission Process is written as per the ordinance of the official Counselling Agency.
