The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has announced the commencement of the application process for JELET-2024. This article aims to provide comprehensive details regarding the registration process, eligibility criteria, and important dates for aspiring candidates.

Application Process:

The application process for WBJEE JELET 2024 commenced on February 8 and will continue until March 11, 2024. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in. It is essential for applicants to fill out the application form accurately and ensure that all required documents are submitted within the specified timeframe.

Candidates will also have the opportunity to make corrections to their application forms from March 13 to March 15 to rectify any errors or discrepancies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for WBJEE JELET 2024:

  1. Minimum Three years / Two years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) in any branch of Engineering and Technology.
  2. B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
  3. B.Voc/3-year D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.

Examination Details:

WBJEEB will conduct the Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry (JELET-2024) to facilitate admission into the 2nd year (3rd semester) of 4-year Undergraduate Courses in Engineering/Technology and Pharmacy. This examination will serve as the basis for admission in the academic session 2024-25 into various Universities, Government Colleges, and Self-Financing Engineering & Technological Institutes in the State of West Bengal.
